BENEFITS of JR’s CARB JUICE

All of Natures Juice Co-ops products are made from all fresh, raw organic vegetables.

Our Carb Juice consists of carrots, jicama, celery, cucumbers, red beets, chard, lemons and unheated raw honey.

This juice will greatly increase your energy level.

It is meant to be consumed if you are healthy. It is not meant to be consumed by diabetics, as it is extremely high in natural sugars. Any kind of vegetable grown underground usually contains larger amounts of natural sugars and will increase your blood insulin levels.

Celery contains the best naturally occurring sodium and is very high in potassium. Its high water content makes it very suitable for the base of many vegetable juices. Our Carb juice contains about 25% celery juice.

Carrots contain Beta-Carotene and other antioxidants which aid in keeping your eyes healthy. Our Carb juice contains about 20% Carrot Juice.

Cucumbers also contain large amounts of water and are used in our carb drink. They Contain Vitamin A, C and Potassium. Also they are a fruit not a vegetable.

Jicama is low in sodium and high in Potassium and JR’s Carb Juice contains only 10% Jicama. It is relatively high in natural sugars.

Chard contains large amounts of Vitamin K. Vitamin K is plays an extremely important import role in aiding the body’s blood to coagulate, or clot. Chard also contains Vitamin A, C and E.

Parsley: the culinary multi-vitamin; a nutrient powerhouse. Contains high levels of beta carotene, vitamin B12, chlorophyll, calcium, more vitamin C than citrus fruits, and just about all other known nutrients.

Lemons: Lemons are a great source of B6, iron, potassium.  Rich in antioxidants and pectin, lemons may protect us from free radicals, prevent heart disease, lower cholesterol, lower blood sugar levels, and act as an antibacterial in the body.  They offer dietary fiber, vitamin C, calcium, folic acid, manganese, magnesium, zinc and other nutrients.

Unheated Raw Honey helps replace missing enzymes for nearly all purposes throughout the entire body, but especially for protein digestion. It is also a major promoter of youth when the diet includes raw meat.

Our Club’s "NO CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION POLICY" prohibits us from the use of chemicals at any time during the preparation and processing of our juices, cleaning our machines and creating our other products. We also will never employ the use of chemicals during the packaging of our private food property.
